FAQ

What people ask us most

Does buying a home automatically get me a visa?

No. No investment guarantees a visa. Approval depends on your nationality and on the amount and structure of the investment, and the decision is made by the US government. That is why Tinoco Law Firm reviews your case before you invest.

Which investor visa could apply to me?

There are several categories, such as the E-2 and the EB-5, each with its own requirements. The legal review explains which one fits your situation, if any.

Do I have to live in Texas to invest?

No. You can invest from your home country and follow construction in the client portal. And if you would like to see the projects in person, we will welcome you at our McAllen office.

How much do I need to invest?

It depends on the project and your goals. Contact us and we will share the available opportunities and their amounts.

Do you work in Spanish?

Yes, we work with clients in both Spanish and English.
